The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote the upcoming bout.
Former two-time world title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally known for his theatrics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As both boxers met for the usual stare-down, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how improbable this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the match is truly proceeding.
